This was a second version of the hay bale painting. I like the background more on this one, the foreground more on the first.
Hm, now I know why Monet painted so many hay stacks!

Gorgeous. When we had the hay cut in our bottom paddock, I didn't know what to expect. But once those huge hay bales turned up, I felt like somebody had left sculpture in the bottom paddock.
